How did you find out about vaping?
Just through word of mouth. I first tried vaping around September 2009. I had just moved back to the UK from Spain, but it wasn’t long before I picked up the bacci again! I then tried it again in Oct 2014 & haven’t touched a roll up or cigarette since.

I remember my first kit being a small vape pen, but my first proper kit was the Smok X Cube 2.

What was your favourite flavour to start with?
Red Astaire & Jack the Ripple by T-Juice were my 1
st favourite juices.

How did your vaping journey change?
Firstly what’s changed is myself! I’ve become a lot healthier, my taste buds changed totally & I was able to try & enjoy different foods. Peoples perception of vaping has changed over the years also with a less negative stance on it.

I’ve noticed over the years also, that vaping has become a very socialiable hobby. I’ve made some amazing friends due to vaping & it’s now changed my life & as of 2019 I also have a career in the vaping industry. Equipment has changed massively. From mainly MTL devices, to devices that now look like you have a kettle inside your mouth & I love it lol. I spent a lot of time on regulated box mods. I then spent a couple of years on mechanical mods, from VCM's, Limitless, XXX etc, But over the last year or so I’ve gone between them both & now I’m also using the new innovative pod devices with Nic Salts & an auto squonker/dripper. There’s been many changes & I’d say mostly for the better.

What do you think about the ups and downs of the propaganda of vaping?
There are a lot of companies out there that claim vaping is harmful and companies that feel that they have to change the way things are just to suit themselves. We all know vaping has caused a huge dent in big tobaccos profit & that to me is the reason we are seeing so many negative articles. I personally believe it is hugely better than smoking & long term, we just have to follow & see what happens scientifically, but we need to remember people have been vaping for over 10yrs so if we was to see any big health risks we would be seeing them by now I think.

What is your current favourite set ups?
My main device is an SX Mini Auto Squonk. I’m also using an orchid pod system, an artery pod system & a lyra pod system.

What is your current favourite Juices?
My current favourite juice is “Baker’s Daughter by Coil Spill” an absolutely beautiful white chocolate, marshmallow & sugar cookie flavour.

If money wasn’t a need, what set up would you next get?
It would definitely be a billet box. It’s the only device I’ve never had or used for more than a few pulls.

Bit more about me: I was born in Northampton & spent half of my time between here & London. My nickname is Viggs, and was an avid & very decent footballer back in the day (when I had hair lol).
I lived in Spain for 4 years with
my children, which was an amazing experience. I had my own market stall over there, had a small exterior painting business & also coached under 10’s football there for Charlton FC.
