At Island Vape UK we will do our utmost to resolve any issues you are having with your purchase. All electronic cigarette components have a limited life span and will eventually need to be replaced.
Our Policy lasts for 30 days, once 30 days have passed we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
Proof of purchase is required for yours item(s) to be eligible to be returned, we require your item to be returned in its original packaging.
All products minus eliquids & external batteries* can be returned to us within 30 days of purchase providing the item is still in its original and unused condition.
Tanks, RDA's and RTA's have a dead on arrival warranty, so please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your item if it is damaged or faulty, and we will replace it or refund where possible. If the timescales exceeds 24hrs or the item has been used, we cannot always offer a refund.
E-Liquids cannot be returned under any circumstances, if we have sent out the wrong item with your order we will send out a replacement as soon as possible (this includes disposables)
*All batteries have a 28 day warranty that covers electrical faults, please note E-Cig batteries can be fragile and we will not cover physical damage or wear and tear. If the battery is DOA or faulty within 28 days, email us all the information and we will send out a replacement or issue a refund if we are happy it is a manufacturers fault.
Due to the nature of batteries and how dangerous they can be if they are damaged, we cannot accept returns on them if you as the consumer have changed your mind, or purchased incorrectly.
The majority of kits and mods come with a 6 month+ warranty from the manufacturer that will cover the main body only (not chargers or internal batteries), the warranty for these devices will not cover physical damage or wear and tear. The length of the warranty does vary based on the manufacturer so please let us know if you have a fault, and we will check for you to see if the device is still covered.
All opened products are thoroughly checked and tested before they are dispatched to our customers. if the product is sealed we are happy it has gone through quality checks whilst being produced. However, we also know there is a small chance that a product could arrive dead or faulty, if this is the case please inform us immediately to arrange an exchange.
Due to the nature of them, disposable vapes may not be eligible for a return. We ask all our customers to check they work instore - if at this point they don't work we will of course swap them for you.
if you have purchased a disposable vape outside of our store and there is an issue please let us know as soon as possible, and depending on the circumstances a refund or swap may be possible but as a general rule these devices aren't covered.
Returns are to be paid by the customer. We do not cover any postage or courier for returns. If you have any questions please contact us via email, the website, Facebook or phone.
